Every month around 8330 marine mammals are killed by the plastic we dump in our oceans.
What can we do to stop plastic waste in our oceans?

Well for starters, we can do a lot of small things to make a big difference to the level of pollution in our oceans.

First of all, use reusable bags, straws, cups, plates and bottles whenever possible, It’s a no brainer. This will cut out a lot of the plastic that Is being wasted in your usual routine.

Next, avoid buying over packaged products that don’t need to be wrapped in all that plastic casing and can instead, be bought in paper or cardboard bags, boxes or even just no wrapping at all. No plastic, no problem.
